A truly exceptional coffee from Diego Bermudez / Hachi Project. This Colombian washed Geisha is delicious and is bursts with tasting notes of lemon, peach & florals - reminiscent of Fruit Loops! We feel very lucky to be able to share this coffee with you.
Recollection of cherries + brief oxidation in water. Pulping + washing. Slow drying. The Hachi Project is a unique collaboration started by two amazing coffee producers, Diego Samuel Bermudez and Allan Hartmann. Their goal is to bring the full expression of each variety. They believe the world is in constant change, and they need to go one step further to meet market demands. They are also highly motivated to secure a genuinely sustainable future for coffee cultivation.
