Additional information
Silvia Carolina Herrera Hernández, a second-generation coffee farmer, grows the relatively new Tupí variety on her farm, Nuevo San Luis. Tupí variety is a cross between Timor Hybrid and Villa Sarchi. It’s a not very common variety and the first time we carry it.
Post harvest processing
This unique coffee is carefully fermented for 24 hours and dried for 7–8 days on raised beds. She works with cupping as a core tool to improve quality at the farm level.
