An explosion of flavours - this is what this coffee is about! A funky anaerobic Ethiopian that tastes like frozen blueberry yoghurt and cream soda.
The Boku Abel station is composed of around 600 farmers and is situated in the Hambela Wamena district, in the Oromia Region. The producers grow and cultivate mainly Heirloom variety at an elevation of aorund 2350 MASL. Recollection of cherries + anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours in shaded barrels. Shade- drying for 7 to 10 days in African beds.
