PRODIGAL - Wilder Lazo Geisha Lot 4 - Colombia - Washed - Geisha

Wilder Lazo strikes again! This 4th iteration of his washed geisha is a powerhouse coffee. With gorgeous flavors of apple, a bit of lemongrass, and a plumpness and depth that goes on for days, we are in love. This ultra-clean, washed coffee speaks volumes. 

Unlike the Lot 2 of Wilder's geisha, we have a very limited quantity of this coffee. 

This coffee was brought to us via Desarrolladores de Cafe from famed producer Wilder Lazo. This coffee fermented dry for 60 hours and in mucilage for another 100 hours. After washing, the final step was 12 days of drying on raised beds.
