Jairo Arcila
This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Monica, in Quindio, Colombia. He has processed this coffee in a very unique way in which the cherry is exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation inside of rum barrels and later rested in the barrels for 10-20 days. This processing method results in a super exiting and intense rum flavour!
