From KAWA
This unique coffee offers an explosion of lively and floral flavors. Notes of candied lemon bring a soft and delicately sweet acidity, balanced by the slightly tangy freshness of redcurrant. In the background, touches of lavender perfume the cup with a soothing and refined floral aroma. A vibrant sensory experience with original and nuanced flavors.
Haloberiti is a village located in the southern part of Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe Gedeb District, in the Gedio Zone. This is where our partner EDN Ethiopian Coffee’s station is located. Here, coffee is grown and processed at altitudes ranging from 1900 to 2300 meters above sea level, providing an optimal environment for coffee production. Most of Haloberiti’s coffee is grown near farmers’ gardens.
