Dimtu Washing Station
The Dimtu washing station is recognized as one of the most modern and technologically advanced dry mills in Yirgacheffe. It has Pinhalense machines, 150 drying beds, an experimental area protected from the sun, housing for seasonal workers and a contemporary house for management and visitors. Thanks to its strategic location, Dimtu can also source coffee from Hambella, in the West Guji region. The producers who deliver their coffee to this station cultivate their plants between 2,100 and 2,300 meters above sea level, ideal conditions for producing sweet and dense cherries, thus contributing to the development of exceptional coffees.
