A new offering from El Paraiso that is less of their ‘usual’ style with special fermentations.
This coffee is a honey processed chiroso. Done in a more ‘traditional style’ honey process, this is a beautiful coffee to showcase the quality and care put into the cultivation of the coffees produced at El Paraiso.
Whole cherries are first pulped, followed by open fermentation in mucilage. The coffee is then carefully dried with El Paraiso’s custom designed eco-enigma mechanical drying machine.
