Edwin Martinez Jr & Sr´s family farm, Vista Hermosa, has been a pillar of the Coffee Collective since our inception in 2007. With its comforting profile and subtle fruit character, it remains one of the most popular coffees with the Copenhagen locals. This most recent harvest has proved to be one of the highest performing lots we have received and is a well-earned reward for the extra detail put into the sorting of their coffee cherries over the past few years.

When roasting Vista Hermosa for Espresso brewing, we chose to focus on the coffee's exceptional clean profile while at the same time not sacrificing mouthfeel. This results in a perfect espresso for this time of year - sweet, clean and balanced.
