Developed through a breeding program combining Timor Hybrid and Villa Sarchi, it was cultivated to offer excellent disease resistance while maintaining remarkable aromatic potential. When grown at high altitudes, such as in Santa Elena, it yields a smooth, structured, and expressive cup. The washed process fully highlights this finesse. After harvesting, the cherry pulp is removed before a controlled fermentation phase designed to eliminate mucilage.
