It is known for its dense vegetation structure, encompassing banana trees, and shade-grown coffee trees. The fermentation tanks in the wet mill at Danche are built with ceramic, which helps bring clarity in the coffees processed there.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"product-info-block\"\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eProcessing\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce the cherries arrive at the Danche Station, they are placed in water for sorting and removing of floaters. As believed to be the birthplace of coffee, the trees have been growing and cross-breeding for centuries in this country. As a result, today, there are numerous sub-varietals with some common genetics but slightly different behaviour and taste.
