As pioneers within South American specialty coffee, Agricafe initially entered the coffee industry in 1986, when Pedro Rodriguez decided to pursue his passion for agriculture. Over 34 years later, he has seen and lived the ups and downs of Bolivian coffee and is now working along with his daughter Daniela and his son Pedro Pablo. The trio runs the company with the idea of restoring and improving Bolivian coffee by launching producer training programs and planting its own farms across the above-mentioned regions. A sweet coffee from the Los Rodriguez family in Bolivia. This Java Natural from their Waliki farm in Caranavi runs through a drying method specific to their farm, called coco natural (nothing to do with coconut). Cherries are washed, laid out on patio for 48 to 72 hours, then moved into one of Buena Vista's stationary box dryers until they hit 11.5% humidity. It's a setup particular to their wet mill, and it shows in the cup: vanilla, stewed cherries, brown sugar, and an edge of booze on the finish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"DAK COFFEE ROASTERS","offers":[{"title":"200g Filter","offer_id":53603091251479,"sku":null,"price":29.0,"currency_code":"CAD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0767\/5101\/2119\/files\/Content-Creator-Project_32_0c37b204-35f1-43f0-afba-96b6c7c6c060.png?v=1782917866","url":"https:\/\/cool-beans.ca\/products\/dak-vanilla-sky-bolivia-natural-java","provider":"coolbeans","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
